Stop Cd/Dvd Autoplay – By Using A single Keyboard Key

Well many of us now how to do this by using registry tweak or disabling the option permanently.But sometimes we may need the cd/dvd to autoplay.In such situations

we cannot permanently disable the autoplay.

To do this when you insert your cd/dvd into your drive just press SHIFT button on keyboard , it will stop autoplay. By using these tweak we can temporarily disable the autoplay functionality.

For those who want to disable autoplay using registry tweak

In cmd ,press regedit , registry will be opened for you ,

Then and navigate to these one by one by clicking it one by one

Explorer

and look for key "NoDriveTypeAutoRun" and set its value to 185 (decimal). This would stop autoplay.
